Description
With a principal focus on the Cold War and post-9/11 U.S. research university as the object of our collective study, studentrs inquire into its lethal centrality to the military/security-industrial complex, from the development of the atomic bomb to the present day. Course also examines insurgent efforts, including mass student mobilizations, to demilitarize the university.
