The classroom environment is designed to help students connect course content to their career goals and build knowledge in ways that reflect what is known about nutrition of sports. Cooperative learning and problem solving is emphasized in lectures. Course also seeks to understand complex topics by analyzing medical test results, discussing real-world dilemmas in teams, or reading scientific papers. May be repeated for credit.
