OpenDescription
Introduces tips and techniques to supplement and expand a student's existing repertoire of science/mathematics problem-solving skills for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) classes. The material covered is intended to aid development as a confident learner and future expert in the student's major.

All students welcome from any college or high school; restrictions are lifted in summer.

Instruction is a mixture of short (less than 20 minute!) asynchronous recorded video lectures, discussion topics on Canvas, group activities to keep things interactive and a wide range of exercises designed to help you to enhance your learning skills. No exams or quizzes are given in this class, just weekly homework assignments.
