Description
Introduces the material practices of painting in combination with the formal vocabulary of the visual arts. A discussion of values, form, color, and figure/ground relationships enters into each class. Students are billed for a materials fee.
Enrollment Requirements
Prerequisite(s): two courses from 10A, 10B, 10D, 10E, or 10F. Enrollment restricted to proposed art and art majors.
Class Notes
In summer, all prerequisites and restrictions are lifted.
Class time includes an hour lunch break.
