Description

Embraces an interdisciplinary approach to the study of human rights. Captures the malleable nature of human rights and the contours of its dual role as both law and discourse.

Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment is restricted to legal studies and politics majors during first and second pass enrollment. Prior coursework in International Law (POLI 160B / LGST 160B) is recommended.

Class Notes

In summer, prerequisites and restrictions are lifted for all students. Also offered as POLI 175.
