Explores the relationship between technology and change and surveys the history of various technologies of visual culture from print to computer based imagery and the Internet. Students are billed a course materials fee.

Prerequisite(s): FILM 20C.
Class Notes
In summer, all prerequisites and restrictions are lifted. FILM 20A, 20B, or 20C or previous college-level coursework in digital media studies, media studies or film studies is strongly recommended.
