Description

Examines current problems in law as it intersects with politics and society. Readings are drawn from legal and political philosophy, social science, and judicial opinions.

Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment is restricted to politics, legal studies, and Latin American and Latino studies/politics combined majors during first and second pass enrollment only.

Class Notes
